• Digital products: We sell digital cross-stitch and hardanger patterns in PDF format. These products are available for download immediately after purchase.
• Non-transferable License: When you purchase a pattern, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download and use the PDF for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not distribute, share, or sell the patterns.
• Pricing: All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

3. Payment and Order Processing

• Payment methods: All payments are processed securely through Payhip’s integrated payment processors, such as PayPal or Stripe. We do not store any payment information. For details on how these payment processors handle your data, please refer to their respective privacy policies.
• Order confirmation: After completing your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation with a download link for your digital product. This email will be sent to the address you provided during checkout.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

• Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been completed. However, if you encounter any issues with your download, please contact us at mastreeofdreams@gmail.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
• Order cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and the digital product has been delivered.

5. Intellectual property

• Ownership of Intellectual property: All cross-stitch and hardanger patterns available on this website are original designs created by Marina A.S. from My Tree of Dreams. By purchasing a pattern, you are acquiring a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital file for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This purchase does not grant you ownership of the design itself, and all intellectual property rights, including copyright, remain with Marina A.S. from My Tree of Dreams.
• Prohibited uses: You may not reproduce, distribute, display, publish, transmit, create derivative works from, or exploit the patterns in any way without the express written permission of the My Tree of Dreams team. This includes sharing the digital file with others, reselling the pattern, or using it for commercial purposes.
• Enforcement: Unauthorized use of the patterns, including but not limited to reproduction or distribution without permission, constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in legal action.

6. Liability

• Limitations: To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Tree of Dreams is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or your inability to access our store. This includes, but is not limited to, dissatisfaction with the product, issues with the digital files, compatibility with users' devices, or any potential loss incurred from using your products. We are also not responsible for any unauthorized use of the patterns that violate these Terms.
• Product suitability: Our digital products are provided "as is" without any warranties or guarantees regarding their suitability for your specific needs.
